We can all agree that summer in Montauk is pretty great, which is why people cram into town by the tens of thousands each week to party all night, surf all day and rinse and repeat from Memorial Day through Labor Day. But when the air cools, the crowds fade, and the waves come alive, that's when the real magic happens.
