The first thing that comes to mind when we think of Richie Daunt is work ethic. He grinds hard day in and day out, knows how to have a good time and will always tell you how it is. When he’s not training for an upcoming bout, Richie coaches a dedicated group of men and women on the daily, lifting kettle bells, jumping rope and hitting the heavy bag at the crack of dawn.
